Rosen Method

Rosen is a method of touch that allows us to open up to closed off feelings and emotions locked away within our body, liberating our potential for natural expression and enjoyment.

Rosen Method uses a sensitivity of touch with timely verbal dialogue that helps clients experience themselves in a simple yet profound manner. Clients often become more aware of  how deep the holdings in their body and muscles are and find a new depth of letting go and restorative relaxation.
